Christmas Parade 2006

Scary, huh? I wasn't quite sure what to think of all the loud sirens from the Fire trucks at the parade. I did enjoy most of it though, especially those Shriner guys in the little red cars.

Already learning about a computer

Well, I found this really neat thing in my room called the computer. Mom and Dad are always doing something on it and I wanted to see what was so neat about it. I like to bang on the keyboard... in fact, mom says I was probably the one that messed up the computer and made it where she couldn't update the blog. Ha Ha!

Thanksgiving 2006

You gotta love picture time. I think we spent 30 minutes while everyone took our picture. Mom and Dad got to play horseshoes and came in 2nd place in the tournament. Here are all of my cousins on my mom's side... Megan, Haley, Colby and Macy. Megan is the coolest... she's the only other Aggie.

A visit to McKinney

We did some Christmas shopping during Thanksgiving at the Terrell outlet mall. We bought out a toy store I think. I loved to play with all of the sacks.

Mom and Dad had off the whole week of Thanksgiving, so we took a trip to McKinney to see Rusty, Whitney, and Paxton. We had such a great time playing- who knew air mattresses could be so much fun?! I loved playing with a bunch of new toys. We are all anxiously waiting for Mackey Elizabeth (my soon to be cousin) to get here. Paxton gets to be a big brother.

My new house

We are building a new house. We hope to move in by the end of January. It is exciting to watch the progress and design it the way we want it. We have enjoyed living with Grandma and Grandpa Cooley, but we miss having our own home. Everything has gone smoothly... we just hope that it continues that way. We will be right by Grandma and Big Daddy Cox now! I can't wait to play some piano with Grandma and play outside with Big Daddy!

Happy Halloween!

Here I am (monkey) with two of my mom's cousin's kids (mom doesn't know how they are related to me). Hudson (pumpkin) was just born a couple weeks before Halloween and Grayson (lion) is 1 1/2 years.

. Dad was really wanting me to be Spiderman or Superman.... maybe next year Dad. I went to visit everyone in the family, but they didn't give me any candy. You can make up for it next year guys!! It was not cold outside, so I got all sweaty and a little frustrated at the costume.

I love my daddy!

I am crawling around and getting into everything. I love to be chased around the room and crawl on anyone who is on the floor. Cords are really neat objects... and for some reason I keep hearing mom and dad say "No, Drew" whenever I am pulling on them.

It's been a while

Sorry we haven't put any pictures up in a while. We have had problems with the internet and have been so busy with the house and Christmas shopping. I will try to catch you up on the past couple of months. ~ Tonya

1st visit to Chuck E. Cheese's

I met up with some friends from Marshall friends (Austin, Alexis, Alyssa, and Ethan) at Chuck E. Cheese's. We had a blast. It will be even better when we get older and can run around everywhere.

Pumpkin Patch

What a cute lil' pumpkin! Mommy and Daddy took me to a pumpkin patch to get my picture taken. I had more fun eating the grass and the hay! Everytime mommy took the hay out of my hand, I would reach for more. I am a persistent little fellow!

Gig 'em AGGIES!

I got all dressed up to support my future college. Go AGGIES ! Dad was really excited that the Aggie Football game was on TV. The Aggies won- so dad was in a good mood the rest of the day! HA!

Can you believe I am six months old?

I am a big boy now! I love to eat baby food! I have only eaten green beans and carrots so far and I am loving both of them. I've been sitting up by myself for a couple of weeks now. I am not crawling yet, but I like to roll around on the floor to get my toys. MAX (my dog) likes to get my toys too. I think he plays with them more than I do.

It's High Chair Time

Dad and Mom are eating at the table and they have decided to include me- except I am not getting any of their food. I just get to play with toys. Mom says I get to start baby food when I am six months old( only a couple weeks away). She bought me some carrots, green beans, and squash. Yummy! I will let you know how it goes when the big day comes!

Me and my cousin Paxton

Uncle Rusty, Aunt Whitney, and Paxton came in a few weekends ago. It was really good to seem them. We had a wonderful time taking pictures together at Wal-Mart!! I am ready to play with all of the toys Grandma and Big Daddy have at their house... I just can't sit up to play yet. I am ready for Paxton's sister to get here... December can't come soon enough.

Just scootin around

Well, I am about 5 months old here. Mom was sticking her tongue out at me, so I thought I would return her gesture. I am scooting around everywhere.... using my head instead of my arms. I am trying to sit up, but I can't hold my head up. I love to jump around in my jumperoo... and watch TV. Grandma Cooley is watching me while Dad and Mom are at work. Max (my dog) is trying his best to get any toy left on the ground or any bib left on the table. He is keeping Grandma busy.

My Friend Avery

I was glad to hang out with my friend Avery. She is 6 pounds lighter and 3 weeks older... what can I say? I love to eat. We had a good time playing... well I fell asleep on the blanket while Avery played and rolled around everywhere.

Four Month Check-up

I went to my pediatrician for my 4 month check-up and I did not have a good time. I screamed from the time the nurse weighed me until we walked out the door. I got three shots in my legs. Ouch, they hurt! Mom really enjoyed the visit. (sarcasm) Well, I am 27 inches long and 18 pounds. Big boy huh? I started eating cereal this week and I am still adjusting to the idea of using a spoon. My legs are getting stronger as play around in my jumperoo!

Swimming at my Aunt Dawn's House

I got to go swimming for the first time a couple of weekends ago. Dad and Mom are still nervous about me being in the sun and being so young. Mom made me where sunglasses to protect my eyes. I am one cool dude! It took a little time getting used to the water and then I was having a good ole time being pushed around in my floatie. Notice my big belly- I love to eat!

Sadey Grace

I went to visit my mom's cousin Jason and his new baby Sadey Grace. It is hard to believe I was close to that size four months ago. She is so cute and I can't wait to play with her when we get bigger.

Mommy and Daddy went away for a weekend

Daddy and Mommy had to go to a wedding in Dallas and they spent two nights away from me for the first time. I got to spend some quality time with both grandparents. I know they missed me a whole lot... they left Hurricane Harbor early to come home and see me!!

Cousins

Great Grandma Kal bought me and Paxton matching outfits. Aren't we cute? I can't wait to crawl and play with my big cousin. He is taking a picture of me ... look closely!

Bumbo

Momma is always trying to get me to sit up so she put me in this toy called the "Bumbo". I have had a great time in it... watching TV, watching Grandma and mom cook, and watching Max try to bite Momma.

Big Mouth

I have started this new thing where I stick all of my fingers in my mouth at one time. If I open up wide enough, I can sometimes get a few fingers from my other hand in there too.

Drewski

I am all smiles! A full belly always makes me happy!! Drewski is a nickname from mommy and daddy.

Hanging out with my cousin Colby

My cousin Colby is about a year older than me. I like those camo shorts Colby! This swing belonged to him at one time. He likes to push it so I can swing and he likes to give me hugs and kisses. We are going to have some fun times at Grandma and Grandpa's with our Aggie and Longhorn baseball bats.

Good times with Daddy

I love my daddy! He reads to me, plays with me, gives me a bath, and lets me ride on his back. OK, well I can't ride on his back yet. Mommy just thought it would be a cute picture.

4th of July

We went to Sharon and Lewis' for the 4th. Everyone got to hold me while mommy and daddy played volleyball. We watched fireworks on the 3rd in Longview. I slept a little and then watched the end of the show.

Getting Stronger

We've been so busy here lately getting situated at Grandma and Grandpa Cooley's house. Things have finally settled down and mommy and daddy are back to posting pictures of me. WE are getting ready to build a house by my other grandparents. I am so excited! I am now a little over 3 months old and weigh almost 16 pounds. I can hold my head up for a long time now and I am trying to roll over. I can make it half way and then mommy gives me a push to get me to my tummy. I spend most of my time drooling or eating!

Paxton's 1st Birthday

We made a trip to Keller and McKinney this weekend. We went to see our friends Jonathan and Jenna and their new house and then we went to visit my cousin Paxton for his 1st birthday! He got lots of presents and had a lot of fun eating his own mini cake. I can't wait to play with all of your toys Paxton!

Future All-Star

Mommy and Daddy are already dressing me up like a baseball player. Maybe I will be a future Sabine Cardinal since we are moving back to the Kilgore area. Mommy and Daddy both go new jobs and we sold our house this week. I am so excited to move closer to my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins!

I'm getting big!

Well, my Grandma Cooley took me to the doctor recently for my 2 month check up and shots. I am almost 25 inches long and weigh 13 pounds 9 ounces. It won't be too long before I start growing out of my toys. I am drooling all the time... mommy and daddy have to change my clothes a whole lot more. The rolls on my legs are getting bigger!

Superman

My daddy bought this onesie for me! I got to wear it one time before my wonderful dog Max took it off of the pack'n'play and chewed several holes in it. Max is a good dog but he likes all of my stuff way too much. He likes my clothes, toys, and especially my diapers. Weird, huh?

Mr. Smiles- a- lot

I have been smiling a whole lot here lately. When people talk to me, I am listening. I am watching people as they move around me. I enjoy laying down and looking outside. I am 7 weeks old here. I am going to the doctor next week for my shots... please keep me in your prayers!

Happy Mother's Day

Mommy's present for Mother's Day is a massage. It will help her relax from the stress of being a high school teacher! Summer is around the corner Mom! You can make it!

Baby Dedication

I was dedicated at First Baptist Church this past Sunday... on Mother's Day. My parents promised to teach me about Jesus when I grow up. My grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins came to witness my dedication. The bottom picture is with our pastor Dr. Packer.

Lots of Pictures

My mom asked me what letter my last name started with and I showed her the letter "C".

Man...when will my mom ever quit taking pictures of me? We went to take professional pictures this week and I did not cooperate. I was a little fussy...well not just a little. Mom decided to take some more pictures when we got home. I am six weeks old here.

Doctor Visit- 5 weeks old

When I went to the doctor, I weighed 11.5 pounds. I am growing more and more each day. Mom thinks I set a record for the baby whose umbilical cord stayed on the longest... 5 weeks! The cord was on its way to falling off when we arrived. The doctor put some medicine on it to help it fall off.... and it worked!

A trip to McKinney

I went to McKInney to see Aunt Whitney, Uncle Rusty and Paxton with my mom, Grandma Cox and Great Grandma Kal. We had a great time. I found out that I am going to have a new little cousin in January... congrats to Rusty and Whitney!
